This is the second time we chose Hansen Restoration for major work on the interior of our house, and we are every bit as pleased with the outcome our second time around. Jim Hansen completed the initial consultation, then Project Manager, Russ Piper, reviewed our goals in detail and a plan and contract were put in place. Russ introduced us to Brandon and his brother who completed the hands-on work. I cannot stress enough how professional, courteous, neat, punctual, skilled and efficient everyone was. Communication with the team was clear and immediate.... NEVER waiting for return calls or staff to show up. The craftsmanship of the completed bedroom is of the highest quality and the railings installed in the sunroom are beautiful as well as sturdy. Start to finish, the contract was adhered to - no surprise charges, no timely setbacks. We are pleased with every aspect of working with Hansen Restoration and will absolutely use them again for future projects. Huge thanks to Russ, Brandon and his brother!!!
